Individual choices made during the 2020 corona virus (covid-19) pandemic, shape the course of the virus's spread and the risks facing human populations. Yet the response to covid-19 in Nigeria has been deeply political, and elite messaging from the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari. Social distancing is vital to mitigate the spread of the novel corona virus. From clear observation of the situation of the country shows that there are limitations to the effectiveness of state-level social distancing orders.

     The Nigerian government should take corrective measures to ensure that the safety of its citizen is guaranteed  at this "PANDEMIC". For effective nationwide "LOCKDOWN" the Nigerian government should provide basic amenities needed by its citizens, Nigerians are industrious people that makes a living daily. And due to this lockdown, find it hard to feed. Causing them not to obey rules and regulations put in place by the Nigerian government to eradicate the pandemic called "CORONA VIRUS"..
